The documentation required to travel to Spain varies according to the country of origin.
If you are a citizen of a EU country, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein, you will need a valid passport or ID card. Additionally, in the case of a minor travelling with an ID document, this must be accompanied by written permission from the parents.
If you come from another country:
The maximum stay in Spain is 90 days. There are a number of countries whose citizens are required to have a valid current visa in order to enter Spain. You can consult the here.
Many of Andalucía’s roads are very scenic and traffic is relatively low in comparison to many international destinations. Due to its landscape it is easy to underestimate the driving time required as although distances may appear short, the road may be windy and hilly which will reduce your average speed.
A European driving licence is valid and vehicles drive on the right-hand side of the road. Citizens of countries outside the European Union need an international driving permit to drive in Spain. One can get this permit at AAA. Rent a car with a GPS to make driving easy. Seat belts are compulsory for the driver and all passengers.
This depends on many factors, for instance the time of the year, how many people, what your particular interests are, if you are willing to self drive a rental car, etc. Once we know what you are looking for, what your interests and requirements are and an estimated budget, we are in a much better position to advise. Andalucia has so much to offer, everybody will love it!

Let’s get one thing clear from the start: it’s never exactly a bad time to visit southern Spain. The climate in Andalucia is Mediterranean, characterised by warm and dry summers, and mild winters. If you are looking for places where to relax and sunbathe, and you are dying to get that marvellous golden tan, the coastal towns are the place to be in summer. It is not advisable to go on a city tour in summer due to the boiling temperature, especially in Seville and Cordoba. On the contrary, if you are on the hunt for sightseeing and exploring, visit Andalucia from autumn to spring, when the mild climatic conditions provide sunny days with a slight chance of rain.
Once the trip is finalized and all payments have been done, we provide travel documents such as hotel vouchers, entrance tickets and so on. Most important of all is the information sheet we prepare for you. This has all the key information about the private tours like meeting times, meeting point, Wheely Tours assistant’s names and contact information, etc. Once in Spain, we are here to help with anything that may arise.
If you have to cancel your holiday please inform us in writing. You can send it to us by mail, fax or email. The date from which we receive your cancellation is the date from which cancellation fees will be calculated. You can read our cancellation policy in our General Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to alter or amend the booking, we will always do our best to comply with the request. However, changes of holiday property or activity or the dates thereof may be treated as cancellations and amendments may be subject to additional charges.

Some holiday periods can get booked up very quickly; therefore if you know you want to travel at this time it is a good idea to contact us as soon as possible.
Every customized or tailor-made trip we organize is different. There are no 2 trips that are the same. We include starting prices but it all depends on availability, time of the year and if there are any special offers.
We are not a booking agency but rather a specialist travel company. We have a team of experts on accessible travel in Andalucia who can offer you a unique perspective and the advice to help create the perfect trip. A booking engine cannot do that.
